I would try mixing mylanta cherry supreme (just try .5ml to start) with the zantac to help it go down better- look at the ingredients to see that it doesn’t have aluminum- it’s the adult kind of mylanta- you cannot overdose- if you see loose stools then ‘just’ back off- you can give 1ml here & there up until 5mls a day (or loose stools)

tabs as in solutabs? you do not use solutabs w/ bufferbabies…just the capsules…

please make sure baby is on ‘proper dose’ (high enough!)
because this is very important!

I’m so sorry to read about your difficulties!
I would copy and paste you post and email the bufferbabies perople & let them know…
I used it when it was caracream- two bottles of stuff & no pump…

maybe at night there’s break-through acid? if baby wakes up, top off w/ some zantac/axid/pepcid/tagament? or even just some mylanta?

ok, so then I would not even address your diet…

if no one can answer you, then maybe get pepcid chewable tablets and dissolve them yourself and give as a liquid?- this way you would know how many mgs teh tablets are? OR see if you can get zantac in a powder packet (you would add your own water)? the packet might tell you how many mgs?

can you call a local pediatric gastroenterologist? ask to speak with the nurse? ask the nurse your question?
