yes but I would just try for caracream/buffer babies…
as for the solutabs, you can just put it on the inside of baby’s cheek & hold it there & it will dissolve- wash it down with some water
change the location of the tab from day to day so as not to continue irritating the same spot in mouth
solutab must be given on empty stomach followed…[Read more]

it can take up to 14 days for you to see the full effect of the PPI
so give it all another good week or so

in the meantime, if you have rantitadine or another H2 blocker you can give this as well- just give 4 hrs seperate from the PPI

the axid most likely should be given on an empty stomach, as it’s like zantac, but you know I never worried about it- I gave it when I could

(now, a PPI like prevacid solutab HAS to be given on an empty stomach, followed by a meal 30 minutes later, but that’s a post for another time, as you’ve asked about axid)
