benedryl on the gums- I just use my finger- children’s benedryl-
the excess saliva/drool contains histimines and benedryl is an antihistimine…just use at night if you’re worried about sleepy- but it’s just a drop….

personally I would do the elimination diet to see if clearing everything out for a good 2 weeks improves the stools- if they improve, then you will know it’s something you have been eating…if they don’t improve, cut out rice,too, for a week and see what happens…

all I can think of is to try mixing the zantac directly w/ the mylanta…
or some have had success w/ getting hte pharmacy to flavor the zantac grape- I never tried that, though…or try another med like tagament or pepcid or axid, but I’m not as good at figuring out the dose for those, LOL!!!

you take weight in kilos and multiply by 10
and get a ‘big’ number
your example: 6.3kg x 10 = 63
take that number (in your case it’s 63)
and divide by 15 to get total # of MLs
then you can do what you want with the total MLs for the day
