I know spitting up green is a BAD thing, because it is bile. But what about yellowish orange spit up. It almost looks like some water colors got mixed with his spit up. Anybody know anything about this?

What’s he eating right now? Any solids that could account for the color?

Nope…no foods…Neocate only. No meds except for Miralax, which wouldn’t cause a color issue I wouldn’t think.
