we went for the upper GI and sonogram and they came back fine. by those tests, all his parts are working perfectly. neither his ped or his GI are willing to up his doseage of prilosec. we’ve been giving him the lower end of the MARCI-kids recommended dosage for his size, 3.5ml 3x’s a day. he’s showing some improvement but he’s still pretty bad. our problem is that we’re running out of medicine really quickly since we’re dosing him ourselves. he weighs 9lbs 14oz. at one point he was up to 9.15 but hew lost it when he started the prilosec at the GI’s recommended dosage (the 1.2 2x’s a day). i’m now on the hunt for a new GI as ours won’t up the dosage past 2ml 2x’s a day and won’t even consider Zegerid. as for baby carriers, he really doesn’t like too many. i use the Ultimate Baby Wrap because it can hold him upright. i have many different ring slings, pouch slings, and an Ergo too. the only one he sometimes likes is the UBW.
