URGENT!!!!Looking for Ped Gastro in NC

We are looking for a GREAT pediatric Gastroenterologist in the Wilmington, Charlotte, or Raleigh areas. We are willing to travel if you know first-hand of a great one a bit farther. We have been to Brenner Childrens Hospital in Winston-Salem with no Luck.

Our pediatrician is of no use in this department.

Carson has stopped taking the BufferBabies and we are about to pull our hair out.

Hi! I am in NC- Wilmington actually. We take Jackson to UNC Chapel Hill Pediatric Gastroenterology department. You need a referral from your pediatrician to get in. Once I got the referral, it was only a week or so before I got in! They just added a doc, so it is a GREAT time to get in! I think that UNC is pretty top notch. We went to Dr. Lichtman. Very nice man and he seemed very sharp. We also just went to an interesting pediatric chiro in Wilmington- Dr. Shaver. He is VERY nice and even gives his patients his personal cell phone if they have any questions or concerns. I have been really impressed with him as well. Good luck!

I took Brianna to a wonderful GI doc in Charlotte, NC….I don’t know if you can travel that far, but if you can, PM me and I can get the you the information.
