Undigested Food in BM

I have been giving my 12 month old table scraps of meat, vegetables, and fruit, tiny pieces so she doesn’t choke. I have noticed these same pieces of food in her bm’s. It looks undigested…what does this mean? Her body can’t handle it, or is this normal?

It’s pretty normal and due to an immature digestive system.. My son is 2 and still has some foods come through that are identifiable such as carrots, peaches, blueberries. For him it appears to be mostly a fruit and veggie thing. She also may not be chewing much, and just swallowing it.

Totally normal! Any day DD has carrots or mixed veggies we see them come out the other side LOL
