What about that “Energ Egg Replacer”? Is that too much for starting out on your basic TED? It has potato flour and tapioca flour, both of which are low on the allergenic scale….but it also has a few chemicals. Anyone try it before?
helpforshermie–where did you find your “least-allergenic” list? I’d love to see that!
the egg replacer is good, but I’d stick to the very basics for two weeks: rice, potatoes, sweet potatoes, yellow squash, free range ground lamb & turkey, pears (I think that’s it?)
Gosh, it was awhile ago, but I think I got it from a link on the forums. Try doing a search for “least-allergenic foods” (make sure you set the search dates to go back further than 6 months) and see what you come up with.
Maybe it was a link from Laura’s intro?
I also googled least-allergenic food list, as well.
