Symptoms of a allergy or intollerance

Can you tell me what the symptoms for milk/soy/protien allergies and intollerances are?

This is what my son has:
Arching of the back
Fussiness
Gassy
Hard stool
Spits up alot

can someone tell me what the symptoms are ?

also tell me did you have any negative experiences with hypoallergenic formulas?

Also whats the differnce in Neocate and Nutramigen?

nutrimegen has milk proteins but they are very broken down
