I have a poop question (sorry). Nicholas has been off of Splenda for almost 2 weeks now. I have noticed that his stools seem to be less frequent (not every day) and there is less stool than when he got Splenda in his bottles.

I remember reading that artifical sweetners can cause looser stools. He is on Elecare and I also remember reading that the elemental formulas are more constipating. Do you think that without the Splenda, the Elecare is constipating him?

Are the poops hard pellets? IF not then I would say he is just getting used to not being on the splenda.
