I was so concerned that Catelin was going backward on her meds but after four days of being miserable and after having a horrible sore throat myself, I took her to the ped. Poor thing has a fire engine red throat and a pretty bad cold(she always sounds congested so I could not tell the difference):( The ped did say that something like this would absolutely make her reflux worse so were just waiting for this to pass and hope to get back on track(it’s been a week already and it’s still very much with us-ugh). I’m just SO happy it’s not a poor response to the meds!!!

I am sorry she is sick, but so glad to hear that she isn’t taking a leap backward! I am sure youll see an improvement when she is feeling better. With refluxers, anythings that makes them feel yucky can flare up the reflux….illness, thrush, teething…
