Smelly stool

Brian had diarrhea Sunday, he hasn’t have any diarrhea after that, but his stool is extremely smelly (sour and foul smell), and he has really poor appatite, I think maybe his GI system is not recover yet, and maybe he has other GI problem, what other GI problem can cause smelly stool?

Sarah always had the nastiest smelling poop when she was teething, especially with her molars. It was so bad that I would gag and almost vomit when I had to change her diapers (though I was also pregnant with Hailey at the time, so I guess that could have been it too).

I would say the same thing – teething. My boys always had weird poopy diapers – either really smelly, or a weird texture -when they were teething, and my younger boy had a poor appetite when teething.
