you’re almost at the end of the TED and from your posts, I’m not throroughly convinced that kate has MSPI- of course, you’re the one to know or not- when I did the diet I really felt in my heart that it wasn’t mspi for jonah, but I was desperate and was glad to find out there were some foods that I ate that affected him that I could cut out of my diet. so to stop rambling, I want to tell you you’re dong a fabulous job and you’re almost at the 3 weeks mark &, from there, you can try adding things back in to your diet- especially proteins like beans and fruits like avocado (it’s one of my favorite foods & yes it is a fruit as are tomatoes but I wouldn’t be adding them in, lol)
so in the meatime, buy some flax seed oil, make a pear and rice milk smoothie and pour some of the flaxseed oil in there for good (fat) measure
about almonds: add them in sure why not, just see if they affect her- I think most people have success with almonds
