She's refusing to eat sleeping a lot!

My 10 wk old baby has been struggling with reflux & my overactive let down for weeks now. Last week she seemed to improve on her feeding greatly. Now all of a sudden she is again refusing to eat, or when she does it seems like she can’t latch on properly & she seems to have trouble swallowing & breathing. The last couple days she seems to be getting tired easily & when I lay her down she goes right to sleep. This wouldn’t be a problem except I’m worried she is sleeping more because she hasn’t eaten enough. Has anyone gone through this? I could use some help!!

I’m not sure ? Can you get to an int’l board certified lactation consultant? Or la leche league, at least? Hang in there!
