I feel so bad for writing this but today I really have had thoughts about stopping BF’ing. It’s heart breaking as I did imagine feeding until Mckenzie was a year old, but it just doesn’t look like it’s going to happen. It’s been a long, rough day of Mckenzie refusing to feed – screaming and clawing me (I have the marks on my breast to prove it), in pain from gas ‘episodes’ etc. I expressed and seem to have about half the supply had a few weeks ago. Ugh. Just wanted to vent, feeling a bit low… I don’t see the pedi for 2 weeks. It’s gonna be a long 2 weeks…

this is a ‘band-aid’ solution, but it should help as you get things sorted out…to search (they ‘expire’, so the link below that I am provinding might ‘run-out’) go to upper right-hand corner of this page click on search & search for carafatesearch 6 months & OLDER to learn from everyone who may have left here-flying out the door- but you need to arm yourself w/ knowledge & research! you are the best advocate for your baby!Here is a search for carafate:try feeding in a warm bath(yes I’ve tried all of these things…)the nexium dose seems LOW.
