Prilosec and tcm

We are on day 12 using tcm and prilosec. Saw some improvement now we are back to arching 1 or 2 feeds in the last two days. 15 lb 6 month old is on 10mg 2x a day. Don’t know if I should add a mid day dose or go higher…thoughts????

go higher

you can always back down

if you see results, you know it’s good that you went higher

give higher dose a week

if everything is the same and not better, then drop down

also give zantac at night- 4 hrs (experiment w/ this- it could be 2 hrs or 3, etc) after last prilosec dose)

if all else fails, try prevacid…
