If anyone can help….I am trying to get the insurance company to pay for the Neocate formula. Due to the economy now and minimal construction jobs, the 140 bucks a week is killing us! The insurance company said they need a Procedure Code to see if the formula is covered. Both my pediatricians do not have a clue what I am asking for. All they keep giving me is the diagnosis code for his GERD. Please if you know the code, let me know!
