Aidan babbles all the time, and sometimes if you really listen (or he repeats himself a TON) I can understand what he’s saying, mama, dada, brother-and oddly enough a 2 word combo, if he wants something, he tries to tell us, gets frustrated and just points and yells GET IT!!!. I’m not worried about speech at all, my mom said that I didn’t talk well at ALL until I was 2 1/2, and my sister was also a late talker. As long as Aidan can understand and try to comunicate, I know the words will come in time. On the upside of late talking? My older son was a very early talker,…and he hasn’t shut up since, it’s kind of nice that Aidan is much more quiet! LOL

Definitely, Thais. I believe it as both Dylan and Carter are having the same issues. I thicken so much that the flow is still slow and they both had to work for the food, but I think they can get the food out of the nipple by biting at it as opposed to sucking it properly which hindered their developement.

It’s so crazy that we know all of this now. I wonder how we all survived with our parents!? Mine are oblivious to these issues and think I am crazy with the therapies we do with the boys…. Thank goodness my sisters nor myself had issues….
