I recently added dairy back into my diet after four months of being dairy free. Blake seems to be fine while nursing (no reaction), but after having pizza I woke up the next morning with terrible stomach pains, vomiting and diarrhea. I was sick the whole day! I also made pancakes (milk in the mix) and coated the pan with butter and afterward my stomach was killing me. The pharmacist at the drug store said that it sounds like I’ve developed a lactose intolerance. Does this mean I won’t be able to have milk products ever again? I looked online and some sites say that you should just avoid dairy, and others say you can try to add it back in slowly. I can’t believe that Blake is fine but I am sick now. 🙁 Any ideas or insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
