First I want to thank Laura for all of the great information that she sent me. Also I want to thank everyone for the links about how to possibily get insurance to cover Neocate.
I have been slowly reading threw all of the links and information, and boy is there a lot.
Last night we ended our gut rest and started out on 1/4 strength Neocate. She seemed to do well with the two bottles she took last night. She took 4ozs both times and didn’t spit up at all (unheard of in this house) She slept all night (which I am not supposed to be letting her do) She ate her bottle well this morning, she had 3ozs, but she just plain fussy. She wants to sleep but just doesn’t stay asleep. The only thing that makes her happy is walking walking walking. I did just finally get her to sleep, but she is swaddled and in her crib. I really hope that we don’t end up doing this each time we increased her strength of formula.
