is prevacid solutabs better than compound prilosec

Just to make you feel better. We have been on 30mg/day since Cooper was about 4 months old. That is what it took for him to be the happy baby that i knew he was. We have just started weaning in the last 2 wks so he has been on this dose for 10months with no problems. My DH is a pharmacist and has no problem with using this dose. So don’t worry these meds are so safe. I work in a hospital as well and I was reading a chart of a patient and it said the this person took 30mg three times/day.. that is 90mg which is a huge dose, now granted they were an adult but still. Some people/babies just need more than the “average” person/baby does. I hope it works. You should see good results in 1 wk if it is going to do the trick.
