o.k i gave in a gave shane half alimentum and half soy tonight! i feel like its best for him, even if his reason for being up is teething, i know he did well on the alimentum and it could only make things better for his digestive system. i feel a little selfish for trying to get him off of it, just for money reasons. soo , he is back on.. or hopefully he will transition well! i never brought him to the ped’s office, would you guys still bring him or wait and see if the alimentum takes effect?

If you think the doc. visit can wait, I would see how he does back on Alimentum. Have you checked e-bay for coupons and/or formula? We’ve had great luck getting it cheap on there. Also, don’t forget to check at your peds. office. They always have coupons! (Mine does anyway) Good luck and I’ll be waiting for the update!

I love Shane’s new picture too! I could just squeeze him! He looks like such a big boy!

I know that you make your decisions based on your love for Shane. You agonised over the alimentum to soy change and had really good reasons to try him on the soy. It may not have worked out in the end (although who knows in the future) but you did it because you thought it was the best option at the time. Hey, a little guy who looks as cute as a button like Shane is sure getting a lot of love and hugs.

he is drinking the alimentum fine. and amy your right about the ebay, i almost forgot about that! thank God for ebay!
