Are Hylands Teathing tabs safe for babies with MSPI. The labble says Lactose base. I know that MSPI is different then lactose intolerance, so can he have Lactose or not?

a lot of mspi babies do fine w/ highlands and lactose…

it seems that a lot of this is just hit or miss & ‘experimentation’

yup it is hit and miss. my little guy would vomit 2 hrs later. so we gave up on them even though they were a wonderful treatment for treating my dd’s teething pain.

but now…andy is on prevacid solutabs which have lactose and he is just fine. i guess at 25 months of age he is starting to outgrow some of the mspi stuff
