Hi!
Does anyone have a link on how to begin testing foods after the TED? Which foods should I test first? Is there a list?
I will continue to search for the answers and post anything that I find. I was just hoping that someone might have a link.
Thank you so much.
May 20, 2009 at 4:40 pm #62611hellbenntKeymasteryes there are links, I do believe, from the ‘main’ MSPI page:
also in one of the related forums, there’s a sticky called Reidun’s Story or something very similar to that– this should help, too.I would start with avocado, so you can get some good fat into your diet…then I’m not sure…for me, it would be pasta (so I suppose that would be wheat?) next…hellbennt2009-05-20 16:43:30

Do you introduce one item per day? Or can you do one item in the morning and one at night?

May 23, 2009 at 4:14 pm #62654AnonymousInactiveThank you! You rock!
Baby girl’s rash is clearing up and her bottom isn’t red anymore.
She still has mucousy orangish poop with bits of green in it. But, as you mentioned, that is the last to clear up. I can’t help but wonder if it is a result of her meds and not food. She has her two month check up on Tuesday, and I am going to have the doc. retest for blood in her stools (I’ve been collecting samples on an extra test the doctor gave me last time).
We also got an Amby bed for her. She seems to like it. I am not sure if it helps though. With everything we are doing and have done, it is hard to determine what affects her–both positively and negatively.
I tried eating some “least allergic” foods early and had success–avocados (like you suggested), cooked carrots, and red grapes. So far, so good. š
Thanks for all the help.
