Sorry up front for the nature of this question…
I feel like I am the mucas police! His diapers are usually thick liquidy poops. Is that all mucas? Or just thick liquid?
They have been like this since he started the prevacid. I had started TED about 3 days before he started the meds. I took out rice 3 days ago, and skipped tukey every other day. Monday I had turkey and a few hours later, he had this kind of poop. Yesterday, no turkey, no poop at all. This morning woke up with a drier poop, but right after he got his prevacid and then ate 30 mins later, big wet poop. ( I did give him 15 mg instead of 7.5 as I think he needs a higher dose than what his ped will perscribe until we see the GI) All I have eaten for 3 days are pears, potatoes, and potato chips, and 1 day with a turkey burger.
I know I sound crazy, but I think the stress of all this plus lack od adequate nutrution is getting to me!
