Good News!!

I haven’t been around in awhile, but I wanted to give an update on Camryn.

We have been doing wonderful, we have had to up here Prilosec a couple of times, but she is growing like crazy. She has started on a little bit of jarred baby food. We are taking it real slow, but doing well. She attempts, and sometime succeeds in turning from her tummy to her back. She can’t quite balance to sit up on her own yet. We bought a Bumbo seat, but she pushes back on it, so we don’t use it much. She uses her Jumperoo though, she gets it to really go like crazy.

I think she might be trying to start the teething process though.

Thanks to all of you. My other two were also refluxers, and at about 9 months they quit. I hope that is the case for her as well. If so, only 3 months left.

I really appreciate the help I have received on here though. I wouldn’t have known that she could have as much Prilosec if it hadn’t been for this site. Her brothers were quite different. She has been a handful. I hope that isn’t a sign of the future for her. I hope not.

Hang in there Julie,

I’ve wondered the same thing (about the 9 month mark) with Landen. My 1st had reflux but not as bad as Landen and he outgrew it @ 9 mos. So I always wondered if Landen’s would go on for years in fact obsessed over it. But I am happy to report that he is doing remarkable at 7.5 mos. Not outgrown, but doing so incredibly well! So I am hopeful!! There is always that light at the end of the tunnel. Landen was def the “handful” of the 2 of them!

I think my oldest is my confrontational one, at least thus far. She has definately been my most demanding baby.
