going from formula to milk

How did most of switch to whole milk?

I tried a little skim milk mixed with ash’s formula and she seemed to do ok,but the next day she a had a massive runny greenish explosvie blow out! Could this have been from the milk or anything I guess? She is currently on Goodstart supreme and I know this has milk proteins.

What I did was add 2oz daily to his formula until he was totally on whole milk. I however didn’t do this until he was 13months old. Not sure about the poop event… I never know when Cooper is going to have a blow out.

is she ok w/ dairy products?

if so, then I’d just add the milk little by little to her bottle- maybe start w/ morning bottle in case there’s a reaction?
