OK, Moms, there is a dairy free/gluten free child in Carter’s classroom and I want to make yummy cupcakes and frosting that ALL can enjoy. I am open for a great recipe!!

Thanks in advance for all of your help, ladies! This is the first place I thought about coming for this advice when I got the info on the allergy.

I was going to say get in touch with Sheri as well. I remember seeing something about GFCF chocolate cake recently. Ben just had a birthday so I bet she has it handy. She does some amazing GFCF baking!
