Sorry been busy with 5 kids (2refluxers
).Brenda- We were on Prevacid solutabs for over 2 mos. with 3 dose increases. Most recently at 30mg. We’ve not tried Prilosec. Maybe we should. Evans been on Prilosec for almost 3 years now. We’ve tried Reglan (tooo drowsy) and e-mycin (badd stomach cramps). Now we’re on Nexium. Doesn’t seem to be doing the job either. We have a appt. scheduled with our GI on the 25th to talk about how to manage this better and go over the scope.Thanks for your replies
It is horrible that you have tried so many meds and it is still not under control. I feel like that with Carson as he is up and down like a rollercoaster, but he seemed to have leveled off lately.
( I shouldn’t have even typed those words!!). Carson also had good days followed by bad days but it was off and on. It has to be so hard with the others to take care of and then have EJ with a known problem – yet not under control yet. I hope you get some GREAT suggestions on the 25th and a new game plan. I wonder what info he will give you about the scope/biopsies. I send you big hugs. I would love to visit and help. Our kids would prob play together well!
