Just a question:

If I remember correctly with my son, you can give egg yolks at 8 mths and egg whites at a year?

I did all proteins, egg yolk included, at 9 months…so that was bits of meat, poultry, beans. I didn’t do fish until a year and then I checked the safe fish list- the link to that is somewhere; if you look at ‘groupie intro’ and the section of ‘what to feed my gerdling’ and there are links to finger foods…
