DRINKING HIS MILK ISSUE HES 14 MONTHS

MY SON REFUSES TO DRINK MILK, IDK IF HE JUST DONT LIKE THE TASTE, OR
WHAT? IVE TRIED GIVING TO HIM COLD, ROOM TEMP, WARM, FLAVORING IT,
STRAWBERRY, CHOCOLATE, AND NOTHING HE WONT DRINK IT.

SO I WENT OUT AND GOT HIM SOY MILK, HE WILL DRINK IT BUT HE HAS DIARIAH
REAL BAD I MEAN LIKE EVERY SINGLE DIAPER IS A BLOW OUT, REAL BAD BUT
RASH…

WHAT ARE THE TRUE SYMPTOMS OF AN ALLERGY TO MILK? CUZ HE DOESNT REALLY
HAVE ANY OTHER THAN HE WONT DRINK IT… I MEAN HES NEVER CONSITATPED.

CAN SOMEONE HELP ME OUT AND SUGGEST SOME THING.

my little guy did not like milk at all until about 18 months.

if he’s getting enough calcium from cheese, yogurt, broccoli then I wouldn’t worry about it.

how about pediasure? I used that w/ ds2- I mixed it with milk bcse I didn’t want so much sugar- I was worried he’d love the sweet and never switch to straight milk but he did just fine- I eventually lessened the amount of pediasure and then it was just milk

if pediasure doesn’t work then try ‘other’ milks- there is: almond (not sure about nut allergy in your family), oat, rice and even potato milk

if you try these make sure to add some good fat to it like flax seed oil and to add good fats to his diet- flax seed oil, olive oil, avocado oil…

I did the same thing as Laura but w/ drinkable yogurt (it’s thin enough to go in a sippy). I did like 75/25 (mostly yogurt & the rest milk), then 50/50, then 25/75, etc.
