Does certain things make your childs reflux worse?

Sunday we were at my Grandma’s house and it was warm there(kids going in and out). The air was on, but it was still warm.
Jacob had a rough day~lots and lots of spit up.

I’m just wondering if certain things make reflux worse.

vaccinations.

some foods (depending on child- mine coudn’t eat citrus or tomatoes/tomato sauce).

getting sick.

teething.

Certain foods definitely bothered Seth but not your traditional acid type foods that they tell refluxers to avoid like tomato, pepperoni, etc. His big culprit was milk based things. So, I think we were dealing with an intolerance that aggravated his reflux.

Toothpaste for some reason also seems to make it worse. We have to use the non flouride kind.

ITA with teething and being sick too.

Also, getting overtired or overstimulated.
