Christian's Update

Hi everyone,

I haven’t posted in three months because we have been on Prevacid and Christian has hardly vomitted at all. We are currently on whole milk and off of Alimentum and are in the process of trying prevacid every other day and he has been doing great so far!

I am so glad I found this website when I did and it was so helpful! Thank you to everyone who responded when we were struggling to get our child some help! I hope that anyone who is going through this will continue to fight for help for their child, the right doctors (we had to change peditrician’s) and the right medicine has made all the difference in the world!

Lilly, age 6, resolved reflux at age 3 months, no medications

Allie, age 4, MSPI, Alimentum, resolved at 12 mos

Christian, 13 mos, GERD, Alimentum, Prevacid 15 mg,but currently every other day

Yay!!! I’m so happy for you and your lo! I wasn’t here when you were going through your struggles but I DO know how invaluable this site is and the moms here. It’s such an encouragement to hear about babies doing well and growing out of this yuckiness. It sure gives me hope !!
