I am just finally reading this topic and am laughing hysterically, which I normally do not do in the boohoo section – you guys are so funny!! Off to google this goldblum dude and will see what I think.

Hmmm…I don’t think I’ve ever seen any of his movies. Thanks for the link Laura. I’ll add some Sam Elliot movies movies to my Netflix queque, too. I want to hear his sexy voice for myself. DH is going to be so mad!

I have to put my two cent’s in. Sorry but Jeff Goldblum wouldn’t make it on my list. You can’t put him in the same catergory as Sam Elliot now he is just plain sexy. Kris Kristofferson has to be on the sexy voice list too.

christine—-for a good taste of sam elliot, watch “the quick and the dead”. the older one, not the one with sharon stone.we love the lint “mighty handsome woman”.

i think that rugged looking men are better looking than pretty boys. oh yeah, put those rugged men in a red and black flannel shirt, then you’ve got gorgeous!!! kevin has that rugged look, especially when he had his mustache—–at least he still has the red flannel shirt.

becky—-maybe i’ll come visit you, then see the amish, then we can do some jewish cooking, and then we can go shopping without the men or kids, and try on clothes that we would never wear in public!

do i sound like i’ve been cooped up for too long, or what?!

Nope, Mr. Goldblum doesn’t tickle my fancy (or any other part of me for that matter). I guess you can have him Christine .

Now give me a Joe Montana (former SF 49er QB for those who don’t know), Keith Urban (yes, I know he is a drunkard and druggie but I love his eyes…and his arms…and his rear view…I could go on and on), Kiefer Sutherland, I know there are more but I am still obsessing about KU’s rear view and I can’t picture anyone (or anything) else at this time.

I had a boyfriend that looked a bit like Keifer & when we were at the supermarket I used to embarass him by addressing him as Keifer, heh heh- like “Keifer, do we need more ___?” “Or Keifer, what time is it?”

anyway, the louse ran off w/ my best friend (long story, but that’s how a CT girl wound up in FL) and I haven’t been able to really watch anything with Keifer in it since…

ok while we’re being honest- the first (and probably only! really.) Playgirl Magazine I saw was when I was probably 13 or 14 and the centerfold was Kris Kristofferson…ROTFLMAO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i saw a playgirl magazine once. we bought it for a gal we worked with as a joke while she was in the hospital—–all i remember was men draped in wet gauze.

Man Proud = someone who has had a queer eye for the straight guy makeover- you know, body buff, moisteriser, the whoosh etc

i always get russell crowe and mel gibson confused. and talk about koo-koo (ala tom cruise, but different)…

my husband, with a fu man chu mustache has been compared to earl on “my name is earl” jason lee. i think he’s cute. my husband finds the whole situation disturbing and shaved promptly after that comparison was made…

You guys crack me up. I also love the the sexy voices…but definitely of the rugged Sam Elliott type. Kenny Rogers & Kris K are too “teddy bear” for me.

I have to admit that I’m a bit into the “pretty boy” type these days. Brown hair with steely blue eyes…yummy. Maybe because that’s what my dh has (or had before he went almost completely gray). But I also like the pretty boys when they have more of a bookish look (e.g. Hugh Grant with glasses). One of my closest friends and I also watch this this Televanglist who has the dark hair/blue eye look, but we watch the sound off so we don’t have to listen to him. Hahahahaha Yep…we’re going straight to h$%%!
