I have been using almond milk in place on milk since the ingredients did not include any dairy or soy :
All natural almondmilk (filtered water and almonds), all natural evaporated can juice, calcium carbonate, sea salt, locust bean gum, gellan gum, sunflower lecithin, natural vitamin E, zinc gluconate, vitamin A palmitate, riboflavin, vitamin b12, and vitamin D2
Does anyone have any feedback on this? Did it work or not work with the TED diet? Gonna embark on the TED diet this week, so I wanted to make sure.
