Allergies

My son is 21 months now and we’ve been through the whole reflux thing and are still working through the after affects. He’s been off reflux meds (zantac, couldn’t tolerate Prevacid) since early summer. Anyway, he’s had a horrid chesty, productive cough since September. It just won’t go away. We haven’t done any allergy testing yet. That is our next step I guess. Fortunately, I have a great allergist who sees peds too. I just wanted to know if others have had this problem and if so, what type of allergy meds/nasal sprays have helped – or if anything has. Thanks!
