To get weight in kilograms, divide pounds by 2.2.

Axid (Nizatidine)	15mg per ml	Children 6 months – 11 years old – 5-10mg per kg divided every 12 hours. Maximum dose 300mg per day Children over 12 years old – 150mg twice a day. Maximum dose 300mg per day.
Pepcid (Famotidine)	8mg per ml	Children less than 3 months old – 0.5mg per kg once a day. Children 3-12 months old – 1mg per kg divided every 12 hours. Children 1-16 years old – 1-2mg per kg divided every 12 hours. Maximum dose 40mg per day.
Cimetidine (Tagamet)	60mg per ml	Not recommended.
