Cleft palate baby with bad reflux! HELP!

Hello! I have a 3 week old with cleft palate and because of her cleft, she swallows more air and has more gas than usual. She is miserable all the time and screams mid-way or after a feed. We have had her on 4 different formulas and finally ended up at Soy only to discover she was allergic. We went back to Allimentum (even though it gave her diarrhea before). We have been on that for 2 days now. The gastro put her on prilosec (Zantac I could not get down her throat) and she has been on that about 10 days with no real relief (7.5 mg once a day). He then put her on Carafate, but no real results have been seen because you are supposed to give it 5 minutes before a meal and she eats constantly. Because of her cleft she has little meals that are more frequent. Soooo I am at my wits end with what to try. The poor thing screams the majority of the time and is so hard to soothe. I don’t know what else to do. Any suggestions? Thanks!
