reflux flareup?

My 5 month old had silent reflux since 2 weeks old. Finally thought we had under control after many changes around 4 months. had been on alimentum, prevacid and zantac. Still, he had blood in stool(unseen) for several months. Took him to an allergist who said had slight reaction to milk but none to soy. 2 weeks ago, we changed to soy formula and he seemed great until 3 days ago. Now he is moaning again and fighting burps, curling up his legs. He is also constipated. He has been on carrots, squash and sweet potatoes for 3 weeks, on advice of g.I. He is on 15 mg solutab prevacid daily

I guess what I am trying to ask is if soy formula can cause flare up after 2 weeks or maybe just bothers him. Or is prevacid dose too low? He is not spitting up often and breath does not have acidic smell.
