We are fixing to move Connor into a new car seat. He is 7 months old and has been in an infant carrier this whole time but it seems to bother him now that we had to change his medication.

I hear both of these seats are good for reflux…. I just don’t know which one to get… any suggestions as to which one is better from personal experiences?

We have a britax marathon that my 3yr old has been in since he was 6 months old. I have another marathon for my 4 month old when she is able to sit on her own. I LOVE the marathon b/c they can be in the harness until 65lbs! So I plan on keeping my son in it until he reaches the high max if possible which I believe is 49 inches (we are already almost 40inches). Britax is an expensive brand but if you can find them on sale they are reasonable. But again my son has been in his for almost 3yrs now, so worth the price for the amount of time he has been in it. I don’t know about the first years. I will say that cooper did much better reflux wise once he was out of the infant carrier and in the britax.

Thanks ladies. I see Britax seems to be the best option and yes, I love that extended rear-facing!
