Unfortunately, NO. There is no test for intolerance only allergy. Allergy testing isn’t even accurate until 2-3yo. So, it’s a big pain in the rear when trying to figure out intolerances. It would be lovely if there was a test. 🙂
The best way to determine if your LO is intolerant is to take all offending foods out of his/your diet(TED) for a good 2 weeks. Once you do this begin a log tracking how his behavior/sleep/stool/etc is. After getting everything regulated out you can then begin to reintroduce foods. Look for signs of intolerance and journal it. Add a new food once you know he isn’t reacting. I believe there is a link by Erin discussing everything to look for and how long to go in between foods. Hopefully Laura can post it. There is a LOT of info, but it really gives good info. This would be your best bet when indentifying food intolerance. HTH!
