Like those fun dip lic-a-sticks we had growing up. So like candy basically.
Prep is interesting, it comes in a bottle split into two compartments, one side is medication susp with buffer and the other is flavouring and more buffer. The mix is evenly allocated with the pump at the top of the bottle.

YES
on the sleep. Its good to get more than an average of 4 hours per day (on the days I don’t have help) for a change!
