outgrowing reflux

Well here is just another reason to not let your baby outgrow reflux. I took my 4 yr old ds to the dentist today and he informed me that my ds needed a crown on one of his teeth and needed an orthodonist to look at 6 more. I told the dentist I didn’t understand this because we eat so well. I even went so far as to show him Justice nice pearly whites. He said he thinks Luke’s teeth are damaged from the severe reflux he had that was never properly treated. So, there you have it. We are now going to pay who knows how much money to fix teeth that could have been saved if only his ped would have had the correct info. to treat him for his reflux. I am so glad for this board and all you ladies who were able to help me save Justice from all this mess.
