What is your babies sleep like?

yep 🙂 . very typical. my son is 2 now.. but i remember when he was younger i was CONSTANTLY posting about his sleep habits. He would only take 30 min. naps.. no matter how tired he was. And would toss and turn the ENTIRE night! And wake often for what i thought was a bottle.. but it was probably because he was so uncomfortable! I think he still does toss and turn a lot.. but he doesnt cry.. or wake fully up.. so i have learned to just let it be.

Cooper slept like that at night (luckily naps for us were pretty good) until he was about 14 months old. At 16 months when we were off meds I did sleep training and now he puts himself to sleep and rarely truly wakes up at night. He still tosses some, but I think that is just a “baby”thing. But I agree that our sleep was horrific until we were on a good dose of meds. it got better at that point, but not great until his reflux was gone.
