If your LO is suffering from an intolerance of some type and you give mylanta would that be enought to calm them down? I only ask because a few times in the past when I thought McKenzie was reacting to something in my BM I gave mylanta and then she was able to fall asleep, but I am wondering if it was a true intolerance if the Mylanta would really have helped.

I wouldn’t think that mylanta would help with an intolerance…UNLESS the main symptom of the intolerance is reflux??? I could be very wrong though. Good luck…I know you sure have a lot to figure out these days!

That or if the intolerance was causing gas.. since the mylanta has simethecone in it?? I am not really sure.

Mylanta can hlep with the breakthrough pain from reflux. You can call the phramacist and thye can give you the dose based on weight.
