I don’t know if everyone’s familiar with our situation but it so happened that we were left with no Prevacid for the past 3 days. We finally got it approved by her insurance company but Ariella’s been doing fine without it (no signs of reflux as of yet!). Do I see how she does without it or does it take longer for her to have the symptoms without the meds? I know it stays in your system for about a week (or at least that’s what I thought). What do you think?

I took Owen off and he and Ariella are about a week apart in age and he did fine for about 12 days and then it began, the crying after waking from naps or in the night and being unconsolable, etc. I put him back on and within 48 hrs he was a new kid. I would wait.
