This weekend was awful for Ashlynn. She was getting sick shortly after every feeding. I could not even keep pedilyte down her for the longest time. When I finally did get it down, I was only giving her a couple of ounces which made her mad, because the little one was starving. Which means mommy only had about 2 hours sleep
. I am hopeing this is just a virus becasue Danika had diarrhea the next day. But I also noticed that Ash does not want to eat her entire bottle now and she would not eat any cereal this am. Which is not like her , she loves to eat. She starting to make those reflux sounds again, which scares me. I am starting to carry a overseized towell with me and taking itevery where Ash I and go around the house. We did alot of carpet cleaning this weekend
from all of the vomiting. She did ok yesterday no spit ups or vomiting ,but only that reflux nosie where it sounds like something is coming up. One more question did any of your little ones take longer on sitting up? We still have to mastered that one yet. She can roll from her back to her tummy, but has not done tummy to back. If she is on her tummy to long she spits alot back up even if she ate several hours earlier.Thanks girls for all of your help and everyone have a
Turkey Day and be safe.My children’s doctor told me that 7 months is the actual time that sitting alone is expected. I always thought it was 6 months. I wouldn’t be worried at all if she’s just turning six months. Does she do the tripod? That’s when they sit with legs apart and lean forward with hands planted on the floor in front of them to keep themselves propped up.
I used to sit my babies inside a bobby pillow all the time and I think that helped them learn to sit alone.I’m sure she’ll be sitting before you know it.
