and so far so good, digestive wise. He however is very cranky at naptime/bedtime and screams!!!!! I should add that while awake he is perfectly happy. Soooooooo is he just pulling my chain or do you think he is uncomfortable?? I usually give a bottle before putting him down, so maybe that has something to do with it.

Today he was totally OUT, comfort sucking and as soon as I lay him down he is wide awake screaming. Here I am typing and he’s still going an hour later…. This will be day 2 of this behavior.

What do you think- testing me or needs only alimentum???

Is this a brand new behavior just since you’ve started the gentlease? If so, I’d say it may truly be bugging him and he may be not “quite” ready yet. Also, I know for Landen, even if he’s sick, he acts ok when awake and entertained b/c he has mine, my DH’s or big bro’s attention, but when they go to bed, they have time to realize they are in pain (it’s still and quiet) KWIM…just playing devil’s advocate. Maybe give it a week and see if it improves, but it sounds like he may be in pain.

Yeah it has been since the Gentlease, and it is exactly how he acted a few months ago before getting everything under control. He would be fine while awake, and then either sleep just enough to get my hopes up only to ake up crying 20 mins later OR just stay awake all day. He did and is sleeping through the night…

I know he has a few teeth waiting to pop in, but usually he is shewing on his hands like crazy, and that doesn’t seem to be the case.

Uggg, I was so hoping this wold go well. But a happy baby is worth more than an empty pocketbook…
