July 7, 2007 at 8:42 pm #38787AnonymousInactiveI’ve always avoided posting here in fear of enraging the “reflux gods” and paying for it the next few days, but I’m going to risk it.We went to the beach on Monday for a few days, and had a wonderful time. I had been dreading this trip for weeks.. the thought of dealing with a refluxer, sleeping (or trying to) in the same room, eating in restaurants and most certainly ruining my milk/soy free diet.. all of that was too overwhelming. Then Ben got an ear infection a few days before the trip. But after an extra trip to the doctor to make sure his ears were clearing, we went. And I’m so glad we did. He had a great time… was terrified of the ocean , but LOVED the sand, the pool and the time with all of us. And, best of all, we enjoyed him. It’s been a LONG 9 1/2 months, but we are finally able to enjoy our little man (most of the time anyway ).He is crawling, pulling up on things, signing, “talking”, and is generally a happy little guy!!!July 7, 2007 at 8:47 pm #38789AnonymousInactive
I wanted to attach a picture from our trip, but I don’t see the “insert image” icon anymore???

I think if you click “Post Reply” down at the bottom next to “New Topic” and post that way you can add an image that way…

July 8, 2007 at 12:51 pm #38835AnonymousInactiveWhat great news. and isn’t he a real cutie pie…. I am so glad you had a good beach trip. We took our beach trip when Coop was only 7wks old and wasn’t diagnosed with reflux yet, so needless to say our trip was horrible. I hope we can go again soon and have fun this time around.
