requesting your help

reglan is a motilty agent for dge. has your baby had tests for dge? reglan can have some pretty negative side effects, so i would avoid that one if possible.

if your baby is in pain, i would also suggest a PPI. since being on prevacid, i have had a happy baby.

and as for the enfamil….many babies that have reflux cannot tolerate milk or soy based formulas….so you may need a hypoallergenic one.

From what I have read, reglan can cause Parkinsons like symptoms. So basically if your child does not have DGE, Delayed Gastric Emptying, than you should ask your doctor why he/she is on it.

Reflux can be a side effect of a milk or soy intolerance, so many of the children on this site also have an intolerance to milk and soy proteins as well as alot of other things.

I am sure Nataliachick has a much better answer so hopefully she see’s this before your appointment.

If your child is in pain I would ask for a PPI like Prevacid or Zegrid.
